Edinburgh is Scotland’s compact historic hilly capital with a population of over 560,000. Edinburgh is famous for medieval Old Town and elegant Georgian New Town. Edinburgh is home to the Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh Castle and National Museum of Scotland.

Edinburg has long been known a Centre of Education, Law, Literature, Culture, the Science and Engineering. The University of Edinburg is one of the four universities in the city which is famous around the globe.

The City’s historical and cultural attractions have made it the second most popular tourist destination in the United Kingdom after London.

Edinburgh also has an excellent transport service which is undertaken predominantly by bus with City Bus Services. Edinburgh Trams are running from Edinburgh Airport to City Centre East End since 2014.

  • Full-board accommodation in a Scottish Host family

  • Afternoon activities and local visit: 2 sports session, visit to Scottish National Gallery, Parliament, Edinburg castle, Swimming, evening disco and many local activities.

  • Full Day excursion to: Glasgow, Loch Lomond with optional visit to Stirling castle, Portobello Beach and Arthurs Seat

  • Evening activities are to be arranged as requested by group leaders/teachers
